ANSWER NO. 6 <br /> Indian River County Utilities Department stated that the 4" FM is currently not in use . There is conflicting notes <br /> on the plans . <br /> ANSWER NO. 8 <br /> As shown in the detail on sheet UT -04, DIP with mechanical joints or concrete encasement is required <br /> if the vertical clearance between the two pipes is less than 18- inches .
