A description of the ADP hardware and/or software you plan to purchase , including : <br /> a . Number of units and projected cost of each . <br /> b . Equipment specifications including disk drive storage space , amount of random access <br /> memory , microprocessor size and speed , and any other pertinent system specifications . If <br /> a network is purchased , specify the type of file server, hub/routers , network cards , network <br /> wiring and installation costs . If a printer is purchased , indicate the type of printer. <br /> c . Software specifications including name and version (ex. Microsoft Word for Windows© <br /> 6 . 0) and the number of licenses to be acquired . <br /> d . A brief description of how the proposed equipment and/or software will be used to further <br /> grant objectives . <br /> 2 . Certify that ADP hardware and software procurement complies with existing federal , <br /> state , and local laws and regulations . <br /> 3 . If ADP hardware will be purchased , describe the results of your lease/purchase <br /> analysis and explain the advantage of purchase over lease . <br /> 4 . If ADP software will be developed , explain why already produced and available <br /> software will not meet the needs of this subgrant . <br /> 5 . If your purchase of ADP hardware , software or combination thereof will be from a sole <br /> source and is $ 100 , 000 or more , complete a Sole Source Justification Form and attach it . <br />
