Sam: Franks, electrician reported that the failure of power <br />in the north end of the Courthouse was due to a panel being too <br />small, he stated that to install a 16 circuit panel, which would. <br />about double the present capacity, and to do the necessary lead-in <br />wiring would be at a cost of approximately $475.00 to $480.00. <br />After some discussion, the question arose as to whether it would <br />not be better to provide for even more capacity, and the Administrator <br />was requested to consult further with Mr. Frank and report his <br />findings at the next meeting. <br />Donald McCullers appeared on behalf of the grove owners on <br />the Old Dock Road, requesting assistance from the County in opening <br />the drainage along the road, as it was backing up and causing root -rot <br />to the citrus trees. The Administrator was authorized to go in with <br />a back -hoe and give relief to the situation on a temporary basis <br />until a time when the Australian Pines could be removed from the <br />ditches and surrounding areas. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers, the request of Michael Wodtke, on behalf of the School Board, <br />for four or five yards of fill to be furnished for the Little League <br />Field at Rosewood School was unanimously granted. <br />Marvin Carter and Edward Carr appeared before the Board in regard <br />to the final approval of the Mobile Home Subdivision of Indian River <br />Acres. The County Administrator presented a final plat of a Mobile <br />Home Subdivision known as Indian River Acres and recommended its final <br />approval with the expressed provision that all roads and drainage <br />contained therein are private and not subject to any maintenance by <br />the County at present or in the future. On a Motion made by Comm- <br />issioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the recommended <br />final approval of the Mobile Homes Subdivision of Indian River Acres <br />was unanimously given with the provision that all work must be done <br />in accordance to County Subdivision Regulations. <br />Wilson Brown of Sebastian appeared before the Board regarding a <br />law involving the sale of oysters. On a Motion made by Commissioner <br />McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Massey, it was unanimously carried <br />that the Clerk be authorized and directed to write a l� ert, $ir <br />�3O A{ <br />Legislative Delegation stating that the Board of County Commissioners <br />MAR 191969 <br />
