AP PRov ED <br /> 10 <br /> WORK <br /> WORK ORDER NUMBER 4 . �, <br /> SEDIMENTATION SYSTEM DREDGING AT THE MAIN RELIEF CANAL POLLUTION <br /> CONTROL FACILITY ® ``®6� � <br /> This Work Order Number 4 is entered into as- of this day of��, <br /> 20111 pursuant to that certain Master Agreement for Sedimentation System Dredging at <br /> the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility , entered into as of January 5 , 2010 <br /> ( "Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida ( " COUNTY" ) and EMC , Inc . ( " CONTRACTOR" ) . <br /> The COUNTY has selected the CONTRACTOR to furnish complete sedimentation <br /> dredging services for the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility ' s two sediment cells . <br /> With this Work Order , the CONTRACTOR shall dredge each sediment cell one time , in <br /> accordance with the Specifications set forth in the Agreement . The professional services <br /> will be performed by the CONTRACTOR for the fee schedule set forth in Attachment 1 , <br /> attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference . The <br /> CONTRACTOR will perform the professional services within the timeframe specified in the <br /> Agreement . Nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the <br /> Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each <br /> individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein . <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties hereto have executed this Work Order as of <br /> the date first written above . <br /> CONTRACTOR BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> EMC , Inc .
