(� Ov ED <br /> - 5 - 10 <br /> WORK ORDER NUMBER 4 <br /> SEDIMENTATION SYSTEM DREDGING AT THE MAIN RELIEF CANAL POLLUTION <br /> CONTROL- FACILITY - <br /> This <br /> ACILITY This Work Order Number 4 is entered into as-of- this kiday of Q_ Kt�_ , <br /> 2011 , 'p'ursuant to that certain Master Agreement for Sedimen'tatibh , System Dredging at <br /> the ' Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility , entered into as of ' January ' 5 , 2010 <br /> ( "Agreement" ) , by and , between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida ( " COUNTY" ) and EMC , Inc . ( " CONTRACTOR" ) . <br /> The COUNTY has selected the CONTRACTOR to furnish complete sedimentation <br /> dredging services for the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility' s two sediment cells . <br /> With this Work Order , the CONTRACTOR shall dredge each sediment cell one time , in <br /> accordance with the Specifications set forth in the Agreement . The professional services <br /> will be performed by the CONTRACTOR for the fee schedule set forth in Attachment 1 , <br /> attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference . The <br /> CONTRACTOR will perform the professional services within the timeframe specified in the <br /> Agreement .
