The Administrator reported that he had received an application <br />from Willie James McGriff for the position of County Life Guard. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy and unanimously carried that the Administrator be authorized <br />to appoint a County Life Guard. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried, the Administrator was requested <br />to reply to the letter of Ney Landrum, of the Outdoor Recreational <br />Development Counsel and advise him that the Board of County <br />Commissioners and members of the Sebastian Inlet District would <br />be glad to meet with him here, for the purpose of a conference, <br />at any time convenient for him. <br />The Chairman reported that that various roads from SR #60 <br />to Oslo Road are being considered as a by-pass for'I 95 and that <br />problems exist with all of them. <br />The Chairman reported that he had received complaints from <br />Joe Kandezola regarding persons turning around in his driveway <br />and he requested that the County furnish a dead end sign for <br />the street. The Administrator advised the Board that 28th <br />Avenue subdivision had been developed by Mr. Zorc and that this <br />problem, as well as a drainage problem were the responsibility <br />of the developer. <br />The complaint of Mr. Kandezola that a neighbor parked nightly <br />on the pavement was referred to the Sheriff. <br />The hour of 10:00 o'clock A.
