Dritenbas, <br />Chairman <br />April 24, 1969. <br />Mr. Samuel Hunter, president of Urban Development Utilities, <br />Inc. then appeared before the Board reporting that adjustments <br />have been made to consumers who have made overpayments as required <br />in the minutes of April 9, 1969. Mr. Hunter also reported that <br />the proposed fee of $4.25 for water and 4.25 for sewer were the <br />proposed figures of the Farmer's Home Administration in the <br />amortization of the loan. He stated also that the number of <br />member consumers have exceeded original figure expected and that <br />there is a possibility that rates could be reduced at the end <br />of the year; the present rates of $4.25 required by the Farmer's <br />Home Administration for the period of a year. <br />Some members of the Urban Development Utilities, Inc. from <br />the Pineview Subdivision appeared and Mr. Hunter explained the 0 <br />circumstances to them.hTlx <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner !cCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey,the following Resolution was unanimously <br />
