SECTION - 00700 SIGNING AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS <br /> A . Signing and pavement marking for traffic control shall conform to the <br /> requirements of the Standard Specifications ( 2010 ) , Manual on Uniform Traffic Control <br /> Devices , Supplemental Specifications , Roadway and Traffic Design Standards , <br /> manufacturer ' s specifications . <br /> B . Traffic Signs : All existing signs which are the property of the Owner shall be <br /> transported to the Indian River County Road and Bridge Maintenance Yard by the <br /> Contractor during construction if they are within the construction limits . Care shall be <br /> exercised by the Contractor during removal , storage and relocation so as not to <br /> damage the signs . If any damage occurs , as determined by the Owner' s Engineer or <br /> Resident Construction Inspector , the sign shall be replaced by the Contractor with no <br /> compensation . <br /> C .
