on the plans . No tree is to be closer than 6 feet from edge of millings driveway . All trees <br /> appear to be less than 10 feet in height . <br /> REMOVAL <br /> 1 . Contractor will make sure all trees will be pruned in such a manner to provide for <br /> safe transport and in accordance to typical nursery practices . ( Binding included as <br /> applicable ) All debris will be removed from site and disposed of in a legal proper <br /> manner . <br /> 2 . Trees shall be removed by nursery owner and loaded onto Contractor' s vehicle for <br /> transport by Contractor to site . <br /> 3 . Trees , once removed , will be reinstalled within 72 hours . <br /> 4 . The trees are currently located at an existing operating nursery . The county has <br /> purchased the first five rows of trees . When loading of the trees , the access to the <br /> nursery cannot be blocked or used for staging . <br /> 5 . Contractor will coordinate the relocation of the palms with Owner and nursery <br /> owner . <br /> INSTALLATION <br /> 1 . Install trees in prepared holes . The holes must be a minimum of 8 " larger than the <br /> tree trunk at its base . <br /> 2 . For Initial "watering in " , treatment of soils with Milorganite and Mycorrhiza will be <br /> required <br /> 3 . Fertilize with Osmacote per manufacturers recommendation 12 - 12 - 12 , 6 month <br /> formula <br /> 4 . Staking of trees is NOT required . <br /> 5 . Fill around ball with sand to match existing ground . Build water retention ring equal <br /> to diameter of hole . <br /> 6 . Watering in will be required at time of planting . NO WATER is available on site . <br /> Watering is required once a day for first week . An additional watering Is required <br /> once a week thereafter for one month . (excluding rain events ) <br /> 7 . 3 " Pine Bark mulch ring on each tree is required . Mulch can be placed after initial <br /> watering has taken place but before payment . <br /> General note : We want a price per tree total installed with all the stipulations ' above . <br /> Additional trees from and to the same site may be added pending budget availability . This <br /> will be determined once quotes are reviewed .
