<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, will receive sealed bids to the
<br />hour of 9:00 o'clock A. M. Wednes-
<br />day, May 21, 1969, and at said time
<br />publicly open the same at a meet-
<br />ing of said Board to be held in the
<br />County Commissioners' Room, In-
<br />dian River County Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida, for the sale by the
<br />County for cash, of one "Haloid
<br />Foto -Flo Recorder" photostat ma-
<br />chine complete with lights and
<br />timer, chemical mixing receptacle
<br />and a supply of photographic chemi-
<br />cals.
<br />The successful bidder shall be re-
<br />sponsible for the removal of the
<br />above mentioned equipment and
<br />supplies on or before •June 1, 1969.
<br />The County reserves the right to
<br />reject any and all bids.
<br />All bids should be in sealed enve-
<br />lopes marked "Bid for Photostat
<br />Equipment and supplies. Open date,
<br />May 21, 1969."

<br />prospective bidders may contact the
<br />office of Ralph Harris, Clerk,
<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida.

<br />The Chairman then called for receipt of bids in accordance with
<br />the Notice. There were none and upon a Motion made by Commissioner
<br />Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried,
<br />the Clerk was authorized to junk the machine.
<br />The Chairman reported that he had received a petition signed
<br />by 147 citizens objecting to State Route #60 through the center of
<br />Vero Ileach, being used as the connecting link between I 95 and
<br />U. S. Highway #1, and requesting that a Public Hearing be held well
<br />in advance to any definite plans being formulated for the road.
<br />The Chairman then read a VLero Beach Motel Association Resolution,
<br />adopted by that Association on April 24, 1969, endorsing the plan
<br />for a four-laned Route 60 to U. S. #1 through Vero Beach.
