<br />John Sutherland, Attorney for W. J.Roschach,
<br />appeared before the Board stating that the
<br />zoning change had been approved by the
<br />Zoning Board with the stipulation that building
<br />on the project be started within a one years
<br />time period. He stated that the sewerage
<br />problem existing in that particular location
<br />might make it difficult to start the project
<br />in a one year time limit. A Motion was made
<br />by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the
