Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot 3, thence <br />run South along the West boundary line of said Lot <br />3 for a distance of 208.71 feet, thence run East <br />for a distance of 208.71 feet, thence run North for <br />a distance of 208.71 feet, thence run West for a <br />distance of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning; <br />be changed from R-2, Single Family District, to R-2 A, Multi -Family <br />District. <br />All within the meaning, and intent and\•as set forth and des- <br />cribed in said Zoning 'Resolution; provided, however, that the foregoing <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution are made contingent upon <br />the owner of said property obtaining a building permit for the construction <br />of an apartment building comparable to the William Penn Apartments in <br />Vero Beach within two (2) years upon either one or the other of the above <br />described parcels. If the contingency does not occur within the time <br />specified, this Resolution shall no longer be effective. <br />SEP 2 41969 <br />
