<br />present wished to be heard. Paul Miller,
<br />one of twenty-two families in the
<br />neighborhood of the proposed asphalt
<br />plant, appeared and explanation of the
<br />improved°conditions of the new plant
<br />over the old plant were made to him.
<br />There being no further questions asked, a Motion
<br />was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner
<br />McCullers
