homebuyers; and the creation of "land banks" to assemble, temporarily manage, <br />and dispose of vacant land for the purpose of stabilizing neighborhoods, <br />encouraging re-use or redevelopment of property in regard to all HUD and DEO <br />regulations, and preparing all necessary and all requested responses to inquiries <br />from Local, State, and Federal governmental units. <br />10. Evaluate the various subsections of the Project according to HUD and <br />DEO regulations and prepare all final reports to HUD and DEO <br />11. Provide all reports relating to the Project as required by the Florida <br />Department of Economic Opportunity. <br />12. Prepare adequate advertising regarding all aspects of the Project to <br />ensure active citizen participation, including but not limited to the environmental <br />aspects of the project. <br />13.
