Prepare all required or requested program amendments. This will <br />include preparing advertisements, conducting required public hearings and <br />updating Environmental Reviews. <br />18. Prepare the County's NSP application. <br />19. Prepare sub-recipient agreements between the County and <br />non-profit housing organizations. <br />20. Develop Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for: <br />a. Non-profit housing organization partners; <br />b. Property Appraisers; <br />c. Contractors; <br />d. Surveyors; <br />e. Realtors; <br />f. Engineers; <br />g. Title Companies <br />h. Home counselors; and <br />i. Other Applicable Service Providers. <br />4 <br />
