Advise the County as to the progress of the Project and indicate any <br />areas of concern and assist the County in developing solutions to any such <br />problems. <br />8. Represent the County before any necessary boards or review meetings <br />related to the Rehabilitation Activity. <br />9. Work with the County to develop and maintain proper and acceptable <br />bookkeeping methods and necessary records in relation to the Rehabilitation <br />Activity according to the standards of HUD and/or DEO <br />10.
