K . ENVIRONMENTAL , INC . <br /> This AMENDMENT NO . 2 TO Work Order No . 1 ( Engineering ) is in accordance with the existing <br /> original AGREEMENT dated March 15 , 2005 and amended on March 4 , 2008 and September 21 , <br /> 2010 , between G . K . Environmental , Inc . ( CONSULTANT) and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . Due <br /> to continued interventions from local objectors and subsequent requests for plan revisions and <br /> additional information from State Federal permitting agencies and their commenting agencies, <br /> additional environmental work / assistance to the County will be required. This AMENDMENT NO . 2 <br /> TO Work Order No . 1 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This AMENDMENT NO . 2 TO Work Order No . 1 is for the CONSULTANT to perform environmental <br /> services as required in Scope of Services for State and Federal Environmental Resource and <br /> individual permits . <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between G . K . Environmental , Inc . and Indian River County , the CONSULTANT shall <br /> provide environmental services to complete all tasks as outlined in this AMENDMENT NO . 2 TO Work <br /> Order No . 1 and described as follows : <br /> TASK I — Permit Application Re -Submittal Assistance / Meetings <br /> ( $ 2 , 420 . 00 ) <br /> PHASE I : CONSULTANT to assist COUNTY staff and COUNTY ' S engineer and surveyor to <br /> complete required field work / meet / review work with COUNTY , review drawings , and <br /> permit application , revisions as required by commenting and regulatory agencies .
