State Representative, Charles. Davis, appeared before the <br />Board in regard to the transportation of oysters as requested in <br />the Minutes of October 8. Recommendations by the Board were that: <br />1. An individual should be permitted to remove oysters from the County. <br />2. A licensed dealer should be permitted to remove as many oysters <br />as he desires from his leased beds. <br />3. A licensed dealer should not be permitted to remove oysters from <br />public waters. <br />4. A licensed dealer should be requested to return a portion of his <br />shells to public waters. <br />5. That some regulatory action should also be taken on the removal <br />of Clams from the Indian River. <br />It was decided that Representative Davis and Paul D.
