_5 /IA4 a <br /> WORK ORDER NUMBER 26 <br /> This Work Order Number 26 is entered into as of this 4th day of . P1ay 2010 pursuant to <br /> that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Professional Services entered into as of August <br /> 10 , 2004 and amended July 24 , 2007 ( as so amended , the "Agreement" ) , by and between <br /> Indian River County Board of County Commissioners ( " COUNTY") on the same terms as the <br /> existing Agreement , as extended , between the Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal <br /> District , a dependent special district of Indian River County , Florida , ( " DISTRICT') and <br /> Geosyntec , Inc . , a Florida corporation ( " CONSULTANT" ) . <br /> The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth <br /> on Attachment A , attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference . The <br /> professional services will be performed by the Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in <br /> Attachment B , attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference . The <br /> Consultant will perform the professional services within the Schedule more particularly set forth <br /> in Attachment C , attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in <br /> accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement .
