Southard , <br /> Geosyntec Consultants (Geosyntec) is pleased to submit this fee proposal to Indian River County <br /> (IRC) for professional services required to provide reporting documentation to respond to <br /> Florida Department of Environmental Protection ' s ( FDEP ' s) correspondence dated 21 December <br /> 2009 . The FDEP correspondence was generated based upon a review of Geosyntec ' s 21 <br /> September 2009 report, Site Assessment Report; North RO Plant, Facility 99600729 .
