The preliminary activities proposed for the site <br /> include the following general tasks : <br /> • Limited Petroleum Assessment. The objective of the limited petroleum assessment <br /> will be to evaluate the current soil and groundwater conditions in the immediate vicinity <br /> of the current UST system located in the southeastern portion of the property , the fuel <br /> dispenser area, and the former UST area in the southwestern portion of the property . <br /> The assessment of the absence , presence , and magnitude of petroleum contamination <br /> will assist with the development of a specific plan for the closure of the UST system and <br /> any decision to address identified contamination at the time of UST closure . <br /> • Proiect Plans and Bidding Support.
