McCullers, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 69- 06
<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, resolves:
<br />That this Board recommends to the 'Department of Transportation
<br />and the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State
<br />of Florida that the State release all of the easement for state road right of
<br />way reserved unto the state in deeds of the Trustees Nos. 133, 311, 334, 740
<br />and 781 on land located in Indian River County, Florida, excepting only that
<br />part lying within 40 feet of the centerline of State Road S-505 (Roseland Road).
<br />The hour of 9:30 o'clock having passed, the Chairman read the
<br />following notice with proof of publication attached, to -wit:
