ASSUMPTIONS In addition to the above, the following assumptions were made in developing this scope and cost estimate : • IRC and/or IRC ' s sampling subcontractor will notify FDEP of the date of each of the proposed semi - annual sampling events at least 3 days in advance of sampling. • In advance of purging/sampling of any wells during a sampling event, IRC will have their subcontractor conduct the required depth to groundwater measurements from the monitoring wells required by the FDEP - approved NAM plan. Water-level measurements will be used by Geosyntec in conjunction with the existing surveyed well elevations for continued evaluation of groundwater flow directions . • Issues identified by Geosyntec associated with the data package provided by IRC of the field activities and the laboratory results of the groundwater sampling effort will be addressed by IRC at no cost or effort to Geosyntec . • Budget has not been included for any additional delineation sampling or monitoring well installations . ESTIMATED BUDGET The proposed scope of work will be completed on a time and materials basis . The cost for performing the preparation of a response to comments letter report and two semi - annual groundwater sampling reports is $7, 179 . Any requested tasks which are outside the defined scope of work will be completed in accordance with the hourly rate schedule negotiated with Indian River County ( SWDD Contract) . A summary of estimated project costs is included in Attachment A .
