Mr. Terry Southard Geosyntec "' <br /> 29 July 2011 consultants <br /> Page 3 <br /> submit one hard copy and one electronic copy of each final groundwater sampling report to the <br /> FDEP and one hard copy and a PDF on CD will be provided to you. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> In addition to the above, the following assumptions were made in developing this scope and cost <br /> estimate : <br /> • IRC and/or IRC ' s sampling subcontractor will notify FDEP of the date of each of the <br /> proposed semi - annual sampling events at least 3 days in advance of sampling. <br /> • In advance of purging/sampling of any wells during a sampling event, IRC will have their <br /> subcontractor conduct the required depth to groundwater measurements from the <br /> monitoring wells required by the FDEP - approved NAM plan. Water-level measurements <br /> will be used by Geosyntec in conjunction with the existing surveyed well elevations for <br /> continued evaluation of groundwater flow directions . <br /> • Issues identified by Geosyntec associated with the data package provided by IRC of the <br /> field activities and the laboratory results of the groundwater sampling effort will be <br /> addressed by IRC at no cost or effort to Geosyntec . <br /> • Budget has not been included for any additional delineation sampling or monitoring well <br /> installations . <br /> ESTIMATED BUDGET <br /> The proposed scope of work will be completed on a time and materials basis . The cost for <br /> performing the preparation of a response to comments letter report and two semi - annual <br /> groundwater sampling reports is $7, 179 . Any requested tasks which are outside the defined <br /> scope of work will be completed in accordance with the hourly rate schedule negotiated with <br /> Indian River County ( SWDD Contract) .
