Reports shall contain copies of field sampling logs and <br /> laboratory reports <br /> • An additional report will be provided to respond to the FDEP comments from the 23 May <br /> 2011 correspondence. <br /> The proposed scope of work summarized below is intended to only provide reporting <br /> documentation regarding the implementation of the semi - annual groundwater sampling events <br /> for a duration of one year at the Site and respond to FDEP comments in a cost effective manner . <br /> Please note that IRC has indicated that they will subcontract the sampling activities and provide <br /> Geosyntec with documentation from the sampling efforts that will be compliant with all <br /> applicable FDEP guidance and standard operating procedures ( SOPS) . <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Task 1 — Response to FDEP Comments <br /> Geosyntec will provide a Letter Report responding to the comments and options recommended <br /> by . the FDEP in the 23 May 2011 correspondence for possible site closure requirements . <br /> Task 2 and Task 3 — Groundwater Sampling Report Preparation (2 Submittals) <br /> For each event, upon receipt from IRC of the final data package of the field activities and the <br /> laboratory results of the groundwater sampling effort , Geosyntec will evaluate the data and <br /> incorporate these findings into a report for submission to FDEP within approximately 60 days <br /> from the date of sample collection . If we find during completion of this task that additional <br /> sampling and/or reporting work is necessary, we will discuss our recommendations with you and <br /> seek approval prior to proceeding. <br /> For each of the two proposed groundwater sampling events , Geosyntec ' s findings obtained <br /> through the evaluation of the sampling documentation provided by IRC will be presented in a <br /> report for submission to FDEP . Please note that Geosyntec has included budget in this tusk for <br /> the review and evaluation of data packages by [RC 's subcontractor of the field activities and the <br /> laboratory results of the groundwater sampling effort. These two reports will provide details of <br /> the work performed by IRC ' s sampling subcontractor including sample locations , sampling <br /> methodology, analytical results and groundwater elevations . A draft report will be provided to <br /> you for review 'and comment before the final version is submitted to FDEP . Geosyntec will <br /> XR I 1179/CC R 1 1065 .
