as. <br />RESOLUTIONS NO.69-68 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: - <br />WHEREAS, W. R. Bell Sanitation Service and Rural Sanitation <br />Service, Inc. have made application to Indian River County Commission <br />requesting transfer of the W. R. Bell Sanitation Service Franchise <br />to Rural Sanitation Service, Inc; and, <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December <br />3, 1969, and this Commission being satisfied as to the qualifications <br />of Rural Sanitation Service, Inc. to meet the terms and conditions <br />.of said Franchise and there being no objections to said transfer; <br />Now, Therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, do approve and do transfer the Franchise <br />presently held by W. R.
