M., on Wednes- <br />day, December 3, 1969, for sale to <br />,said County the following described <br />personal property. Bids will be <br />opened publicly at the meeting of <br />said Board to be held In the County <br />Commissioners Room, County Court- <br />house on December 3, 1969. <br />One (1) new 1970 nine passenger <br />station wagon, 1/-8 Engine with <br />minimum of 350 cubic inches dis- <br />placement and minimum of 260 <br />Horsepower, wheelbase to be <br />minimum of 121 inches. Bids must <br />be for car equal to or better than <br />Chevrolet Impala or Ford Gal - <br />axle 500. <br />Bid forms and detailed specifica- <br />tions may be obtained at the office <br />of the Juvenile Court, Room #116, <br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida. <br />Nov. 13, 20, 1969. <br />The Chairman then called for receipt of bids in accordance with <br />the Notice, and the following sealed bids were received, opened, <br />and read: <br />Stanley Lincoln Mercury <br />Arnold Ford Sales <br />Frey Coyne Chevrolet Company <br />$3,965.63 <br />3,393.68 <br />3,273.10 <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner McCulle rs, <br />seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the Administrator <br />and the Juvenile Counselor take the bids for evaluation. <br />It was mentioned that the County owns a 70 foot strip of <br />right-of-way between the Corrigan Property and the Tuerk Property, <br />which had been dedicated to the County by Mr. Tuerk, that that <br />property has been sold and the owner may ask the Board to relocate <br />the right-of-way. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried that the Administrator and Attorney <br />'to the Board of County Commissioners proceed immediately to take <br />DEL 3 190 UjUik 12 PAbE 5 �_ <br />
