t;. <br />It was further moved, that in addition to the 40 foot right-of-way <br />from the centerline of Glendale Road, there would be a fifteen foot <br />buffer strip; and that work in the Mobile Homes Park would be <br />started within a six month's period and completed in one year from <br />this date. <br />Robert Jackson, Attorney, appeared in behalf of Kenneth <br />Pangburn, requesting that advertisement be made for public hearing <br />for a Zoning Change in Wabasso for the purpose of construction of <br />a trailer park. On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded <br />by Commissioner McCullers, it was unanimously carried that the <br />request for advertisement for Zoning Change be granted. <br />The Zoning Inspector then appeared in behalf of Henry Allen <br />and Jim Collins requesting approval of junk yards on North Gifford <br />Road. After somediscussion, a Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, <br />seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried that the <br />Zoning Inspector compile a County Map showing the location of all <br />legitimate junk yards, as well as all illegitimate junk yards and <br />present this map at the next regular meeting of the Board. <br />.A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and the State Witness Payroll for the Circuit Court, December <br />15 Term in the amount of $254.50 was unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made.by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy, the following Budget Amendment was unanimously approved: <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT <br />General Fund <br />Revenue <br />1292 State Aid to Library $5,729.00 <br />Expenditure <br />23561.3Library,.State.A;d $5,729.00 <br />The Sheriff filed with the Board a statement of his appointment <br />of Charles R. Whiteside whose voting precinct is 3-A, as Deputy <br />Sheriff and the said Deputy Sheriff filed his bond with the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, which was presented to the Board. On a <br />Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Massey, <br />and unanimously carried, the bond of said Deputy Sheriff was <br />approved and ordered filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />DEC 7 1969 <br />
