• <br />• <br />•1 <br />With the approval of the Board of County Commissioners, the <br />County Administrator regretfully declined the request of East <br />Central Florida Regional Planning Council to serve as Chairman of <br />the Council's Recreational Waterways Planning Implementation Task <br />Force. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers, the bid of Fred Coyne Chevrolet bMC., <br />December 3, for a 1969 Station Wagon for the Juvenile Counselor, <br />in the amount of $3,273.10 being the low bid, was unanimously <br />accepted. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy, the request .of Gordon L. Chaffee for a 30 day extension to his <br />agreement with the County to clean up the junk cars atthe disposal <br />area was unanimously approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy and unanimously carried that the Administrator be instructed to <br />comply with the request of Martin A. Gregory to act on the procurement <br />of a small tract of land at the intersection of Citrus Road and U. S. <br />No. 1 to tb.6 County by Mr. Gregory, at no cost, if action is taken <br />prior to December 31, 1969. <br />Commissioner Bogosian then returned to the meeting. <br />The County Administrator presented a list of the railroad crossings <br />in the County and the condition of each, which list as well as all <br />.agreements having been made with the Florida East Coast Railroad <br />Company were given to the Attorney to the Board for study. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />E,JOk: <br />DEC 171969 <br />
