<br /> assembly, and installation pertaining to the will not indicate approval of the assembly

<br /> performance of the Work ; which the item functions ,
<br /> c , all information relative to means , 3 . ENGINEER's review and approval of
<br /> methods , techniques, sequences , and Shop Drawings or Samples shall not relieve
<br /> procedures of construction and safety CONTRACTOR from responsibility for any
<br /> precautions and programs incident thereto ; variation from the requirements of the Contract
<br /> and Documents unless CONTRACTOR has in
<br /> writing called ENGINEER's attention to each
<br /> d . CONTRACTOR shall also have such variation at the time of each submittal as
<br /> reviewed and coordinated each Shop required by paragraph 6 . 17 . D . 3 and ENGI -
<br /> Drawing or Sample with other Shop NEER has given written approval of each such
<br /> Drawings and Samples and with the variation by specific written notation thereof
<br /> requirements of the Work and the Contract incorporated in or accompanying the Shop
<br /> Documents . Drawing or Sample approval ; nor will any
<br /> approval by ENGINEER relieve COW
<br /> 2 . Each submittal shall bear a stamp or TRACTOR from responsibility for complying
