The existing grass must be eliminated by Contractor at method of his choosing. <br /> Cutting existing sod and removing from site will require more fill material . Fill quantities are measured <br /> from existing grade to proposed grade . Any additional fill material needed , due to removal of existing <br /> material , will be at Contractor' s expense .
