Provide certified test results for each batch of fiber material indicating compliance with the above tests . 337-3 General Composition of Mixes . 337-3 . 1 General : Use a bituminous mixture composed of aggregate (coarse , fine, or a mixture thereof) , asphalt binder, and in some cases , fibers and/or hydrated lime .
