Provide all manufacturer certifications and recommendations prior to the Engineer ' s inspection. The Engineer will inspect the signs upon delivery to the storage or project site and again at the final construction inspection . Repair and replace signs deemed unacceptable by the Engineer at no expense to the Department. 70076 . 5 Imperfections and Repairs : Repair and replace signs containing imperfections or damage regardless of the kind, type, or cause of the imperfections or damage .
