Minutes will be included with this addendum . <br /> TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS : <br /> TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS AND OTHERS CONCERNED : This ADDENDUM is intended to clarify, <br /> correct, or change the Bidding Requirements of the Contract Documents . Therefore, it hereby <br /> supersedes anything to the contrary in the Bidding Requirements or contract Documents .
