RESOLUTION NO. 70-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by thie Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 1/2 of Government Lot 4 (Less Highway and State <br />Road Department right of way), Section 28, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East <br />Be changed from R-3 Transient District to C-1 Commercial <br />District. The front part of the property is already <br />zoned C-1 Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />"��! .3 <br />
