'y,. � � y y ca!: n�ta : a.,. amu' ,.i "'{'1 Or '�<.-� , •. <br />A letter was received from Arthur Friend, President of the <br />Beach Association requesting that a meeting of the Board and the <br />Beach Association be held prior to the adoption of the new <br />zoning regulations. The Attorney was requested to write a letter <br />to the Beach Association advising them that they can attend the <br />regular zoning meetings and that a public hearing will be held <br />prior to the adoption of the zoning regulations. <br />A letter was received from Martin A. Gregory stating that <br />one of the beneficiaries owning the property at U. S. #1 and <br />Citrus Avenue, previously offered to the County, does not approve <br />. y <br />of the transfer. <br />A letter was received from the East Central Florida Regional <br />Planning Council stating that the appointment of Commissioner <br />Bogosian as a voting member of the Council would expire in <br />February, and that either his reappointment should be confirmed <br />or another member should be appointed. A Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously <br />carried that the Administrator is requested to advise the East <br />Central Florida Regional Planning Council that Commissioner <br />Bogosian is reappointed as this Board's voting member to the Council. <br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board reported that he had <br />sent letters to zoning violators advising them that they have <br />thirty days to remove the violations, at the end of which time <br />a suit will be filed against them as public nuisances. <br />The Attorney to the Board reported that a Florida East Coast <br />Railroad crossing has been repaired at no expense to the County <br />and is in good order. <br />The Attorney reported that letters have been received from <br />Rural Sanitation Service and from Andy's Sanitation Service <br />requesting increases in rates.
