Paul Smith, Economic Opportunity Council; <br />Frank Zorc, Representative of St. Helen's Parish Council; <br />William Jensen, Pastor, Our Savior Lutheran Church; and Howard <br />J. Preston, Minister, Community Church also appeared in favor <br />of establishing a food distribution program. These persons were <br />advised that there are no County funds available for a food <br />distribution program at this time. It was decided that a Committee <br />be selected from the above named persons, the Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners and the County Welfare Caseworker. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTIO 70-3.4 <br />RELEASE OF LA TWT <br />THIS RELEASE OF EASE14NT made and executed this 18 day of _February <br />1974, between Indian River County, Florida, party of the first part, and <br />EDDIE HUDSON and MARTHA N. MUDSON, his wife, parties of the second part, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />For and in consideration of the.summ of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other <br />good and valuable considerations in hand paid by the parties of the second <br />part to the party of the first part, the receipt whereof being hereby acknw- <br />ledged, the said party of the first part does herewith release, discharge and <br />quit -claim unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs, legal re- <br />presentatives and assigns, forever, the easement for utilities shown in Plat <br />Book 4, Page 13, Public Records of Indian Rimer County, on real property <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, which said easement is as follows: <br />Each 5 foot public utility and drainage easement lying <br />along the dividing line between Lots 9 and 10, Block H; <br />the 5 foot public utility and drainege easement lying <br />along the South line of Lot 100 Block H; the 5 toot <br />public utility and drainage easement lying along the <br />West line of Lot 11, Block H; each 5 toot public utility <br />and drainage easement 15ring along the dividing line be- <br />tween Lots 11 and 12, Block H and the 10 foot public <br />utility and drainage easement lying along the North lines <br />of Lots 11 and 123, Block H. <br />ALL as shown on the Plat of 0SL0 PARS, UNIT NO. 20 Plat <br />Book 4, Page 13, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. _ � � < <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused these <br />presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Co=issioners, <br />acting by the Vice Chairman of said Board, the day and year <br />aforesaid.
