The local government through its Civil Defense Agency will provide County and City maps, population estimates, location of fallout shelters and clerical assistance as required. t b. A local CSP Advisory Committee of not less than seven (7) nor more than twenty (20) persons, will be appointed for the purpose of representing the local government and to assist the Civil Defense Director in formulating policies which will be used as a basis for preparation of the Community Shelter Plan. This CSP Advisory Committee will consist of the following; Valentine Brennan ,Chairman Don Adams .Vice Chairman Mayor Taylor Simpson Mayor John Cann . Members b:ayor Charles Zimmer Miayor Roland Miller. Members Mayor George Lier Jack Jennings Members C. The State Civil Defense Agency will provide guidance and assistance through its Community Shelter Planning Office and Area Director, including drafting and clerical assistance as required. The CSP outline in the Federal Defense Guide, Part D, Chapter 3 Appendix 3, "Instruction for Preparing a Community Shelter Plan in Smaller Communities" will be used as a guide..
