( ii ) Certification by the individual or head of statements or records are unobtainable, a
<br /> household that no subsequent residence has written record of the intake worker's due
<br /> been identified ; and diligence in attempting to obtain these
<br /> ( iii ) Certification or other written statements or records . Where a move was due

<br /> McKinneyVento Homeless Assistance Act (42 within 45 days of the date of application for
<br /> U . S. C. 11434a( 2)), the evidence must include : assistance is confirmed by a professional who is
<br /> ( i ) For paragraph (3 ) ( i ) of the licensed by the state to diagnose and treat that

<br /> U . S . C. 1786), or subtitle B of title VII of the statement by the individual or head of
<br /> McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (42 household seeking assistance that they are
<br /> U . S . C. 11431 et seq . ), as applicable; fleeing that situation, that no subsequent
<br /> ( ii ) For paragraph ( 3 ) ( ii ) of the homeless residence has been identified, and that they
<br /> definition in § 582 . 5, referral by a housing or lack the resources or support networks, e . g . ,
<br /> service provider, written observation by an family, friends, faith - based or other social
<br /> outreach worker, or certification by the networks, needed to obtain other housing . If

<br /> available supporting documentation that the statement must be documented by either a
<br /> individual or family moved two or more times certification by the individual or head of
<br /> during the 60-day period immediately preceding household, or a certification by the intake
<br /> the date of application for homeless assistance, worker. Otherwise, the oral statement that the
<br /> including : recorded statements or records individual or head of household seeking
