( b ) Homeless status . The recipient ( ii ) Where the evidence in paragraph <br /> must maintain and follow written intake ( b ) ( 2 ) ( i ) of this section is not obtainable, a <br /> procedures to ensure compliance with the written record of the intake worker' s due <br /> homeless definition in § 582 . 5 .
