I and 2005 were unanimously denied. Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Massey Agricultural Assessment Return, No. 189 was unanimously denied. The remaining return No. 680, making application for the lands therein described to be zoned as agricultural land, the Clerk of the Board is requested to advise the person making the return that the Board has insufficient information required to establish that said land is actually used for bona fide agricultural purposes, and to provide further information,the person filing this return is requested to file with the.Board a further detailed return for their further consideration. On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the Indian River County Agricultural Zoning Board then adjourned to meet again at the call of the Chairman. The Board then reconvened as Board of County Commissioners. Richard Martin appeared on behalf of his father, Bert Martin who is in violation of the zoning regulations by hauling dirt from a R-1 zone. It was decided that Mr. Martin should appear before the Zoning Board at the earliest possible time and that no action would be taken by this Board until that time. The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos. 907 to 964 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 469 to 510 inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 196 to 202 inclusive. Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the Legislative Auditor, reference to such record and list o ecorded 111 being made a part of these minutes. \ MAY 9 1970
