I <br />and 2005 were unanimously denied. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey Agricultural Assessment Return, No. 189 <br />was unanimously denied. <br />The remaining return No. 680, making application for the <br />lands therein described to be zoned as agricultural land, the <br />Clerk of the Board is requested to advise the person making the <br />return that the Board has insufficient information required to <br />establish that said land is actually used for bona fide agricultural <br />purposes, and to provide further information,the person filing <br />this return is requested to file with the.Board a further detailed <br />return for their further consideration. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the Indian River <br />County Agricultural Zoning Board then adjourned to meet again at <br />the call of the Chairman. <br />The Board then reconvened as Board of County Commissioners. <br />Richard Martin appeared on behalf of his father, Bert Martin <br />who is in violation of the zoning regulations by hauling dirt from <br />a R-1 zone. It was decided that Mr. Martin should appear before <br />the Zoning Board at the earliest possible time and that no action <br />would be taken by this Board until that time. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos. <br />907 to 964 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 469 to 510 inclusive; <br />Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 196 to 202 inclusive. Such bills <br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed <br />in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the <br />Legislative Auditor, reference to such record and list o ecorded <br />111 <br />being made a part of these minutes. \ <br />MAY 9 1970 <br />
