<br />The Board then adjourned at 3:20 o'clock P. M. and immediately,
<br />at the call of the Chairman convened as the Indian River County
<br />Agricultural zoning Board as provided for in Section 193.201,
<br />Florida Statutes. Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman;
<br />Richard P. Bogosian, vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Alma Lee
<br />Loy and Edward J. Massey, the voting members; and Homer C. Fletcher,
<br />County Tax Assessor and Forrest N. McCullars, County Agricultural
<br />Agent as ex -officio members. The Tax Assessor presented to the
<br />Board returns and applications for certain lands described in
<br />each return to be zoned as agricultural land. The Bca rd examined
<br />the returns, No. 1 to No. 2005 inclusive and found"that with the
<br />exception of Nos. 167, 179, 189, 228, 630, 680, 714, 842, 843, 929,
<br />1166, 1213, 1226, 1232, 1244, 1329, 1400, 1456, 1462, 1476, 1504,
<br />1542, 1544, 1896,2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005; all of the land described
<br />in those returns were used primarily for agricultural purposes.
<br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner
<br />McCullers and unanimously carried all the lands in said returns
<br />were zoned as gricultural lands under the provisions of Section
<br />' 193.201, Florida Statutes.
<br />After due consideration, a Motion was made by Commissioner
<br />Massey, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried
<br />that returns No. 167, 179, 228, 630, 714, 842, 843, 929, 11.66, 1213,
<br />1226, 1232, 1244, 1329, 1400, 1456, 1462, 1476, 1504, 1542, 1544 and
<br />1896 were used primarily for agricultural purposes and are zoned
<br />as agricultural lands under the provisions of Section 193.201,
<br />Florida Statutes.
<br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by
<br />Commissioner McCullers, Agricultural Assessment Return , No. 2002
<br />was unanimously denied.
<br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by
<br />Commissioner McCullers Agricultural Return, No. 2003 was unanimously
<br />denied.
<br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by
<br />Commissioner Massey, Agricultural Assessment Returns, Nos. 2004 N11V
