i ii <br /> laboratory or any third party researchers ; disposition of the recovered algal biomass (to <br /> Egret Marsh composting facility) ; field sampling for pH , dissolved oxygen , <br /> conductivity/salinity , and temperature ; monitoring air temperature and rainfall ; <br /> equipment maintenance ; qualitative assessment of the algal crop ; flow monitoring ; and <br /> data documentation , compilation , and assessment , and developing , recommending and <br /> implementing adjustments as required . <br /> Collect composite and grab water samples and have them analyzed by a designated <br /> independent laboratory contracted with the CONSULTANT , for analyses and reporting . <br /> The sampling plan is defined in Table 1 and Table 2 . All sampling done by the <br /> CONSULTANT shall be conducted in accordance with the FDEP ' s requirements per <br /> DEP - SOP- 001 /01 FS 1000 March 31 , 2008 (effective 12/3/2008 ) . Sampling and testing <br /> for residual chlorine and constituents of polymers used as antiscalent at the ( RO ) plant" <br /> " <br /> as included in the letter of 7/28/ 10 from Christianne Ferraro of FDEP to Erik Olson , <br /> shall be conducted by the COUNTY . . <br /> Based on system performance , conduct a direct assessment of specific techniques and <br /> approaches in an effort to maximize nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency and to <br /> render the effluent amenable to the sustenance of the two bioassay organisms— <br /> Pimephales promelas ( Fathead Minnow) and Ceriodaphnia dubia (daphnia crustacean) . <br /> Included in the testing plan are 3 acute bioassay tests for these two species conducted <br /> on the ATSTm effluent and 3 chronic bioassay tests for these two species on the ATSTM <br /> effluent , in accordance with the above referenced letter of 7/28/ 10 from Christianne <br /> Ferraro of FDEP to Erik Olson .
