r Hydro " ° '� � '� � South Relief Canal Algal Turf Scrubber® Task 2 : Structural Engineering HydroMentia shall contract with and support Southeast Structural Engineers , Inc . to provide construction documents and technical specifications for concrete structures as specified in Attachment A . Southeast Structural Engineers , Inc . is the same structural engineering company that designed the County' s Egret Marsh Stormwater Park , which is very similar to PC South and therefore , it is already intimately familiar with the project' s design requirements and constraints . Task 3 : Electrical Design HydroMentia shall contract with and support Wandover Consulting Engineers LLC to provide electrical design , drawings and coordination as specified in Attachment B . Task 4 : Present Worth Economic Evaluation HydroMentia shall complete a Present Worth ( PW ) Economic Evaluation for a 25 and 50 year horizon for the proposed pumping facilities and force mains to be attendant with the proposed South Canal ATSTM facility . This PW evaluation will facilitate objective comparison of two alternative designs—one oriented around a 24 "- 30" force main and one oriented around a 30 " force main . The PW methodology will be done in conformance with accepted methodologies as used in evaluations conducted for the USEPA , and as applied by the South Florida Water Management District ( SFWMD ) in its evaluation of supplemental water treatment technologies in Everglades projects . Unit pricing will be developed from updated costs as applicable to the existing construction market in Florida . Selection of materials and pumping strategies will be coordinated through those presently involved in system design for this project . Applied interest rates will be the latest EPA established rates . A letter report , complete with supporting information and engineering calculations will be prepared and submitted to the County , with a table indicating the comparative PW costs . I FEE SCHEDULE Payment for services for Tasks 1 through 4 shall be based upon the amounts and deliverables presented in Table 1 . Total maximum proposed fee is $ 83 , 990 . Tasks 1 and 4 shall be billed on an hourly rate plus expenses up to the not-to- exceed amounts listed in the table . Tasks 2 and 3 shall be lump sum amounts as specified in Table 1 and Attachments 1 and 2 . HydroMentia professional services required in conjunction with Tasks 2 and 3 shall be billed on an hourly rate plus expenses up to the not to exceed amounts listed in Table 1 and Attachments A and B . HydroMentia professional fees shall be as provided in the Time and Expense Rate Schedule included as Attachment C .
