F <br />a4 <br />I <br />WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, 1970 <br />The Board of County -Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the.Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />I , <br />Florida on Wednesday, July 22 at 8:iO o'clock A. M. Present <br />were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman, Richard P. Bogosian, Vice <br />° Chairman, D. B. McCullers, Jr., Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. <br />Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator, Paul D. <br />Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners, and Alfred <br />H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks,. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the special <br />meeting of July 16. There were none and upon a Motion made by <br />Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the minutes <br />of the special meeting of July 16 were unanimously approved as <br />written. <br />The Chairman then asked if there were any additions or <br />corrections to the minutes of the regular meeting of July 8; <br />he further stated that Paragraph 4,.Page 1 should be changed <br />from "from the City of Vero Beach to a site" to read "to,a site", <br />also that Paragraph 5, Page 1 should be changed,from"requesting <br />a franchise0' to read" requesting an easement". These corrections <br />having been made, a Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded <br />by Commissioner Massey and the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />July 8 were unanimously approved as corrected. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey, the request of Rosemary Richey to advertise <br />for bids for the purchase of a new graphotype machine was unanimously <br />approved. <br />f`J11k rage <br />
