I i Dewey Walker', County Zoning Tnspector appeared and reported on zoning violations. Daniel Stormont appeared before the Board reporting'on the progress being made in conforming with•County Regulations at his junk yard, which was satisfactory to'the Board. Harry L..Carpenter, Robert Grice and Kenneth Pangburn appeared before the Board in regard to the'moratorium-to restrict the placement of mobile homes throughout -the County., Valentyne , • ; Brennan, County.Planning Director spoke in favor of the moratorium . Mrs. Carrie McKinney appeared.in opposition to the moratorium. A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner ;r Massey and unanimously carried that the Attorney be requested to prepare a Resolution restricting'the placement of.mobile homes in residential areas thrQught the County to be effective September 1.
