<br />Section 1, This Ordinance -is enacted,pursuant to Chapter
<br />69-234, Laws of Florida, 1969; and .Chapter ,69-32, Laws of Florida,
<br />1969, for the purpose of providing necessary regulation of any gathering
<br />21 of groups or individuals for the purpose of listening to or participaton
<br />22 in entertainment which consists primarily of musical renditions
<br />23 conducted in open spaces not within an enclosed structure in the
<br />24 interest,of the public health, safety.. and•we.7fare .of the ,citizens and
<br />25 inhabitants of Indian River County. This ordinance shall, apply and be
<br />26 ei�orced in all areas of Indian River County not within the boundaries
