<br />RESOLUTION
<br />WHEREAS, there is a road known as "Broxton Road" running
<br />North from West Wabasso Road, located in Wabasso, Florida; and
<br />'. WHEREAS, said road has been used by the general public
<br />and maintained by Indian River County as a public road for a
<br />period of more than 10
<br />p years immediately prior to the adoption
<br />of this resolution; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Broxton Road is shown on the map which is
<br />attached to this Resolution; and
<br />I
<br />WHEREAS, said map, 'a copy of which is to be filed in the
<br />Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,'shows the right of way-
<br />as
<br />ayas described below; now therefore beat,
<br />r RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of.Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in regular session on this '2 ,'�) �d _
<br />day of `y011/t= , A,D. 1970, that this Board does herewith
<br />certify that'the road commonly referred to as Broxton Road, lo-
<br />cated in Wabasso, Florida, running North from West Wabasso Road.
<br />a distance of 4023.59 feet and as shown on the map, attached here-
<br />to and as hereinafter described has been designated, used by the
<br />general public and maintained by The Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County for a period of more than•10 years and that
<br />said road including the traveled area thereof; necessary drainage
<br />t facilities and safety shoulders, is hereby declared -to be a County x
<br />"I Road for the use and benefit of the public; and be it
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the map attached*to this Resolution,
<br />as well as a copy of,this Resolution, shall be certified to by the
<br />' Chairman and Clerk -of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and shall be filed in the Office of the
<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, and
<br />that the legal description for 'said Broxton Road is as herein set
<br />forth, to -wit;
<br />A Right of Way of 40 feet being •20 feet either side
<br />of a centerline described as follows,
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of the SWC of
<br />the SWC of Section 29, Township 31 South, Range
<br />39 East,, run
<br />North 02
<br />4 3.59 feet to the
<br />. Northeast
<br />- a ast
<br />corner of the SWk of the NW -14 of Section 29, Town-
<br />ship 31 South, Range 39 East; said land lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida.'
