WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 1970 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River'County, Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida on Wednesday, August 5, 1970 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman, Richard P. Bogosian, Vice Chairman, D. B. McCullers, Jr., Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator, Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners, and Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there were any additions or corrections to the Minutes of July 22. Commissioner Loy requested that the word "easement" on the requested change of.the minutes of July 6 should now be changed to read "to use County road rights-of-way for the use of installing cablevision cable". Page 1, Paragraph 3. Commissioner Loy also requested that on Page 2, Paragraph 3 the words"to restrict the placement of mobile homes throughout the County" should be changed to read "to restrict the placement of mobile homes in residential areas throughout the County". It was also mentioned that the words on Page 7, Paragraph 4 reading "written request of the County Officials would be submitted within thirty days" should be changed to read " written request of the County Officials may be submitted within thirty days:'. The Chairman requested that on Page 9, Paragraph 2 "that the County accepts the deed for right-of-way on 12th street" should contain the property description. A deed having been obtained from i the Recording Department will be made a part of the minutes of July 22. These corrections and additions having been made a Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy and the minutes of July 6 and July 22 were unanimously approved as corrected.
