A punch- list will be prepared for the items that need to be completed for final closeout of the <br /> project. The Consultant will perform two site visits with the contractor to review the status of the <br /> completion of these punch- list items . <br /> The Consultant will prepare record drawings of the pipeline project using information provided <br /> by the contractor. An electronic copy in AutoCAD format on a CD- ROM , and two sets of prints <br /> will be delivered to Indian River County Utilities upon completion of this project . <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> In general , the following schedule is anticipated and is dependent on information and direction <br /> received in a timely manner ; <br /> Pilot Testing 4 - 5 weeks from NTP <br /> Design/Permitting 8 — 12 weeks from NTP <br /> Bidding/Advertising 6 — 8 weeks from design <br /> Construction 4 — 5 months from bidding <br /> Operational startup 1 month from construction <br /> Consultant will conduct Task 1 . 1 and 1 . 2 within 4- 5 weeks from notice to proceed assuming the <br /> pilot test unit is available in this time frame . Preliminary conversations with Cal�Flo indicate that <br /> the unit should be available 24 weeks from the request . <br /> Depending on the test results from the pilot testing, preparation of the report (Task 1 . 3 ) should be <br /> completed within 2 -3 weeks after Task 1 . 2 is complete . <br /> The design tasks can commence upon notice to proceed and proceed concurrently with pilot <br /> testing . Final sizing of equipment and mixing elements cannot be completed until the pilot <br /> testing is completed . It is anticipated that design Task 2 can be completed within 7 —9 weeks . <br /> Bidding can commence concurrent with permitting, and is anticipated to take up to 8 weeks . <br /> Construction and operational startup could take up to 6 months from notice to proceed with a <br /> qualified contractor. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE <br /> We will provide these services in accordance with our Continuing Services Contract Agreement <br /> for Professional Services dated November 15 , 2011 , with Indian River County . <br /> The Consultant will provide professional services for Task 1 through Task 4 on a lump sum fee <br /> basis as follows : <br /> K\WPB Civil\044572022 - IRCU Stabilization\ScopeAFinish Water Stabilization Scope - IRCU, final . docx Page 6 of <br />
