Geosyntec will provide FDEP <br /> with written responses to RAis throughout the course of the renewal permit review process . For <br /> the purpose of the budget estimate , Geosyntec has estimated two responses to FDEP RAls will <br /> be required . <br /> Following submittal of the ERP Modification Permit Application , Geosyntec will meet with <br /> FDEP ERP Section to present and discuss the ERP modification application . Geosyntec will <br /> provide FDEP with written responses to RAIs throughout the course of the permit review <br /> process . For the purpose of the budget estimate , Geosyntec has estimated two responses will be <br /> required . <br /> Phase S — Prepare an Updated Biennial Report <br /> Geosyntec will prepare a biennial report in support of the renewal application for the Class 1 <br /> landfill . The report will summarize and interpret water quality data and water level <br /> measurements collected over the last four (4) years of operation ending with the January 2010 <br /> semi -annual sampling event . The biennial report will comply with the requirements of the site ' s <br /> monitoring plan implementation schedule (MPIS) , and will address the following : <br /> tabular and graphical display of the data that show a monitoring parameter has been <br /> detected, including hydrographs for all monitoring wells ; <br /> trend analysis for detected parameters ; <br /> comparison among shallow, intermediate and deep zones ; <br /> • comparison between up-gradient and down gradient monitoring wells ; <br /> a correlation between related parameters ; <br /> • discussion of erratic and/or poorly correlated data ; <br /> • an interpretation of groundwater contour maps ; and <br /> a an evaluation of the adequacy of the monitoring plan . <br /> Geosyntec will submit the report to the FDEP no later than 30 days after the submittal of the <br /> results of the January 2010 sampling event . <br /> IL90232_IRC LF Purnitting.doc <br /> engineers I scientists I innovators <br />
